Control Panel

Better login system

Some users had difficulties logging in to their websites due to the way browsers are changing how cross-site cookies are handled.

Login via Control Panel

To fix this, when opening your website from the Boomla Control Panel, you will automatically go through a special URL that will make sure you are recognized as a logged in user on your website.

So if you don't appear to be logged in on your site, go to boomla.com, make sure you are logged in and then open your site from the Control Panel.

An alternative

As an alternative, you can always go to /..login on any website to initiate a similar login-dance yourself.

So on the website example.com, you would go to example.com/..login.

If you often need this, you can even add a link to the bottom of your site that points to this URL. This may be especially useful if you are collaborating with other users.
