Pages vs contents

This builds on the following intros:

Some files are treated as contents, while others are treated as pages.

Let’s create a text file to see it in action. As you can verify it shows up as a content, and it does not appear as a page in the menu, although in the IDE, we can see it is on the same level.

To turn our content into a page, let’s create a file named .Page inside it. Now it will appear in the menu, and will not show up as a content any more.

That’s all the difference. If a file’s type chain contains a .Page file, we consider it a page. Otherwise, it’s a content.
